Lisa Nicholas
Lisa specializes in marketing and digital transformation for the financial services industry. Nicholas has more than 30 years of experience in the banking and tech industries. She has worked with companies to transform their marketing, sales, lending, branches, and operations, focusing on leveraging technology and data for an omnichannel strategy.
Lisa has received numerous technology and marketing awards during her career including Salesforce Partner of the Year, Nucleus Research Technology ROI Award, W3 Gold Award, and various credit union industry marketing campaign awards. She also was awarded CUNA’s Marketing & Business Development Council’s Marketing Professional of the Year and NAFCU’s Professional of the Year. She has also received Communicator of the Year by the International Association of Business Communicators, Austin Chapter.
Lisa earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Northern Michigan University and a master’s degree in Marketing from St. Edwards University.
